CIJ Awards Slovakia 2022 praise JTRE

Construction & Investment Journal - the international real estate magazine and portal - has just awarded its prestigious prizes at the 18th CIJ Awards Slovakia 2022. Tuesday evening at the Radisson BLU Carlton hotel saw us receive an outstanding three awards, which are voted upon per category by the directors and partners of development and real estate companies.

We outpaced six developers to win the Best Overall Developer category as well as the Developer of the Year, which we especially value as the CIJ Awards are the longest-running commercial real estate awards in Slovakia. These accolades also highlight the JTRE team’s excellent work, as recognition from fellow professionals means so much more. In its over 25 years, JTRE has developed into a key urban developer that constructs whole city districts and shapes space for living, work, leisure and entertainment.

At the gala evening, our Pribinova X office building won the Best Office Upcoming Development category: it’s nearing completion at the Eurovea City waterfront district, and will deliver 15,000 sqm of rentable space to the market. The jury appreciated this contemporary project‘s flexible and collaborative spaces, as well as its environmental quality and low carbon footprint – which are increasingly highly-valued criteria for today’s clients.

We scooped our third gong in the Best Investment Transaction category for the sale of the 11-story 11,500 sqm boutique Klingerka Offices building to ERSTE Realitná Renta real estate fund, part of Asset Management Slovenská sporiteľna management company.
