I've shot at JTRE locations many times. The firm and experience has always been very professional. We filmed Oteckov in Panorama Park and in Eurovea, Sestričky and Červené Pásky in the Westend Business Zone on Patrónka. We have also shot several projects in Riverpark and Tower 115. This is the largest investment by our parent Belgian KBC Group in Slovakia. When we sought appropriate administrative space for our new HQ, we also aimed to revitalise the surrounding locality. We are proud to contribute to the reconstruction of Bratislava’s below-castle area and the city centre’s expansion. The project was submitted in accordance with the plan, and ČSOB has premises that are both modern and fully respect the local area’s character.
The location attracted us with its position and the strong foot traffic towards Eurovea. For us the future growth of this ‘quarter’ was also interesting – both in terms of companies and residents. The space is distinctive and light – and therefore attractive from the outside. Our business has been operating for over a year with the best experience.
The expansion and development of the city centre on both sides of the Danube - supported by high quality public transport - is considered a key direction for Bratislava’s further growth, qualities that will approximate contemporary European cities. An attractive waterfront will unite Bratislava both physically and in people's minds.
Zuckermandel’s uniqueness comprises being at the meeting point of several distinct environments, which we probably wouldn’t find anywhere else in Bratislava or the wider surroundings. On the one hand the historical centre and contemporary architecture are connected, on the other hand people are in the arms of nature between the Danube and castle hill. It’s the ideal working environment and place for business meetings.
