Panorama City wins Building of the Year 2016

The Building of the Year 2016 title belongs to multifunctional PANORAMA CITY, which as well as the main prize also won the STU (Slovak Technical University in Bratislava) prize, and a nomination for the overall prize. The jury of this twenty-second national competition evaluated building projects in Slovakia. A seven-strong professional jury with international participation awards 12 prizes in six competition categories: two prizes for overall social benefits, three nominations for main awards, and the overall prize – Building of the Year 2016.

Using technical documentation and site inspections, the professional jury assessed architectural and urban design, construction and civil engineering, functionality and environmental impact, deployed materials and products, construction process, ecology, energy efficiency, and overall social benefit.
