The Eurovea enlargement won the prestigious CEEQA Award

This year’s standout projects, companies and industry professionals received the prestigious Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA) for 2024 in Warsaw on May 15. Gala with close to 600 leaders and luminaries of the sector’s most influential companies from more than 50 countries attending the sector’s flagship annual industry dinner and awards ceremony including a live show by chart-topping UK band Atomic Kitten.

Awards were presented in 25 categories, and JTRE received the award in the Mixed Use Development of the Year category for the Eurovea 2 project. Our projects Pribinova 34 (Office Development of the Year) and Eurovea Tower (Residential Development of the Year) were also shortlisted.

The awards are judged by a panel of 36 senior representatives and owners of market leading regional and international companies active in the sector, which this year also included JTRE Executive Director Pavel Pelikán. Projects from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Ukraine were also awarded.
